Linzy Duvall SNA Scholarship Application

• The Linzy Duvall Scholarship is awarded to up to three members each semester and is applied toward membership dues. Fill out the following application and email it to both the president at president.gvsusna@gmail.com and the membership director at membership.gvsusna@gmail.com by 5pm on the first Monday of the semester.  If more than three members apply for the scholarship an  essay will be required and the board of directors will vote on it.
